How long does shipping take and from where do you ship?
We typically ship from our local European and US warehouses. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
What is the warranty policy for KuKirin scooters?
All KuKirin electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering the main components like the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty for accessories to ensure your peace of mind.
Are KuKirin electric scooters waterproof?
Most of our models have an IP54 water resistance rating, which means they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or submerging the scooter in water.
